To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total hair service cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to your final bill on the day of your appointment.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any penalty.

Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge of 100% of the total service cost.
